1.What is collected
1.1Contact details: name, email address, and phone number, taken when you write in or open an account.
1.2Business details you provide with an inquiry or an account: the business name, what you are advertising, and your correspondence with JMG.
1.3Booking history: orders, schedules, receipts, and posted confirmations.
1.4Payments happen off the platform. JMG issues an invoice and you pay it directly, by PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or as arranged. Paying by credit card is set up with JMG directly, away from this site. No card or bank details are entered or stored here; JMG records only that a payment arrived against an invoice, and which method it arrived on.
2.How it is used
2.1Running campaigns: scheduling listings, delivering creative to creators, and verifying posts.
2.2Notifications: booking confirmations, posted confirmations, and delivery reminders, sent to the addresses on the account.
2.3Receipts and records: one receipt per order, and the account history behind it.
3.What is never done
3.1JMG does not sell, rent, or trade its lists. Not advertiser lists, not creator lists.
3.2Creator audiences are never harvested. JMG does not collect or contact the members of any creator's status or group.
3.3One advertiser's campaign data is never shown to another advertiser.
4.Cookies and measurement
4.1This site measures how it is used: pages viewed, the site or link you arrived from, the kind of device, which buttons are clicked, and recordings of how pages are used so we can see where the site is confusing. None of it is used to build a profile of you or to advertise to you elsewhere.
4.2Three services do this work: Google Analytics for the reporting, Microsoft Clarity for the page recordings, and Vercel, which hosts the site, for a basic visitor count. Google and Microsoft set cookies and only run once you accept them. The Vercel count sets no cookies and identifies nobody, so it runs either way.
4.3This is about the website only. It is never connected to any creator's status or group, and it is never used to reach the people on a creator's contact list. Those lists stay with the creator, as clause 3 says.
4.4You are asked before any of it starts, and either answer is one click. To change your mind later, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Declining does not limit anything on this site.
5.Retention
Account and booking records are kept while the account is open, and afterward for as long as bookkeeping and tax rules require. You may ask for your contact details to be removed once your account is closed and those obligations have run their course.
